The Process After developing project objectives, the team at Nicklin Earth & Water researches what baseline data already exist for the project area and what additional information is needed to satisfy the project goals. When we reach concurrence with our client regarding what additional data are necessary, we design and carry out an optimal data collection program. After a sufficient baseline study has been completed, a feasibility study may need to be generated. Continuing to work closely with our clients, we then implement the most suitable and feasible solution. Teaming We have a core staff of highly qualified professionals. When necessary, we draw from a network of affiliated specialists we have worked with successfully in the past. This network consists of independent consultants and other small firms. Whether additional specialists are utilized depends on the size and nature of the project. This structure allows us to access a large body of diverse, professional expertise and experience which would normally only be available through larger consulting firms with much higher overhead costs. We are able to provide a wide range of services due to this structure. For the sake of simplification, we have organized our services into general categories.
